- Drill a hole in a corner of the INSIDE of the pronounced line. Make sure your hole is big enough to fit the blade or your saw.
- Use your saw to cut on the inside of your pronounced line.
- Once the center of your cabinet door is cut out, use the router to create a lip that the glass will sit on. Make sure that your making the BACK of the cabinet door larger, non the front.
- Measure the opening of the cabinet door, this is called your T.R.O or tight rough opening.
- With the measurements in hand go to Ez-Inserts.com for glass insert designs, order a design and supply the measurements
- Once you receive your glass inserts, place the inserts onto the lips of the cabinet doors.
- You can either silicone the cabinet inserts into place to stop them from rattling when you open and close the cabinet door, or you can pin them in place by installing glass clips.
- Attach your cabinet doors back onto your cabinets
- Step back and enjoy your new beautiful cabinet glass inserts.
